Hi! I'm on a quest to regain my fitness and good health. I'll be turning 61 this year and I'm determined to lose the weight I need to and re-establish my good eating habits. Although I would like to lose 40-50 lbs, I am setting small goals and hope this will give me more realistic expectations.
I have been a Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator for 4 years.
