Hi, thanks for your comments and suggestions. I started Spark in 2010. I was okay losing approx. 5 #'s a month. Then I had some medical issues that kept me from water aerobics and I have maintained, but not lost. I'm back on track now, well almost, I'm going to water aerobics 2 classes, 3 times a week, I was going 5 times a week with 3 classes a day, and water walking an hour each day. I'm trying to get back to all the classes, but continue to have arthritic problems when I overdue. People at the pool are very social, they have invited me to lunches, the show, but I have not gone, I'm concerned at my weight, I will not be able to keep up.
