Sorry your day was crummy! At least you still made some good choices.
I've been getting little beeps and boops and twinges of aches and pains when running, and I have a hard time figuring out if it is something to run through or to take time off to let heal. I've been upping my mileage, so that's probably the cause....I haven't run more than 6.2 miles before, but my hubby and I are going to share a half marathon by doing a relay (I think I get to do the 8 miles) in March.

Sally, Thank you for the encouraging words. They really helped me to get my head right. I've been on a plateau for a few weeks now and it has be getting me down. The scale is crawling down to my goal weight. But today, I decided to go with that and move my goal date out about 2 months. I don't have to hurry. I didn't get obese in 8 months, so I shouldn't worry about getting thin in 8 months. I have a healthy BMI now and I'm much healthier than I was. I hope you are doing great. Have a very nice week.
