I am a working mother of 3 boys, (2) 9 year olds and a 6 year old. All their activities keep me pretty busy, but I need to take some time for my fitness goals. I would be much more fun if I had more confidence in myself. Everywhere I go I am worried about what people are thinking because I usually feel like the biggest one there.

July 10th 2008 - 221
July 17th 2008 - 219 (-2 lbs)
July 24th 2008 - 217.5 (-1.5 lbs)
July 31st 2008 - 217 (-.5)
Total lost in July 2008 - 4 lbs in the second 1/2 of the month

August 7th 2008 - 215 (-2)
August 14th 2008-214 (-1)
August 21st 2008-212 (-2)
August 28th 2008-210 (-2)
Total lost in August 2008-7lbs

September 4th 2008 -207.5 (-2.5)

Okay - I lost my way for a few months but I am definately coming back. I am having touble getting to Club Fitness and since there is now a Snap Fitness 2 mins from my house I am going to check it out. I can get up early and start my day there. If I wait until after work I will never go. I nave to workout to stay focused.

My Goals:
My goals are to obviously better myself, my health and my self esteem. My goal is to reach 137 by around June 2009. I am going to become a fitter person too. I want to be toned.

My Program:
I am writing all my food and fitness down everyday. I am staying within my calories and I am going to work out at least 3 times a week with cardio and weight machines and I will fill in 2-3 more days with just cardio. This time I have one of my best friends doing it with me and we are going to make it together.

I love to read. Nora Roberts and Dean Koontz are my favorites. Wide variety there. We don't see a whole lot of movies. We are really into TV shows. I love CSI Miami and several sitcoms. Luckily, we have a dvr and it won't keep me from getting my workouts in.
