Introduction Text I'm back... I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 ~^..^~ Monicat ~^..^~

My first long range goal is to reach 180. After that I'll re-evaluate and possibly try 150. One step at a time. I started my weight loss journey at 265 back in June 2005 and have been on lots of different diets, losing and gaining, etc.

I'm married to my best friend, Bob! My grown kids (Brian and Kristina) are still my babies but have families of their own. I have one granddaughter (Sara). We've had several pets that have died over the past years namely Mindy, Scardey and most recently Bella. Little Bella was less than 2 years old and had a severe heart murmur. One day she frolicked and played as usual and then just laid down and died. Sad... We now only have Tommyboy (Bella's brother). Tommy also has a heart murmur. He's become more loving since Bella passed. It's just the three of us here at home. Tommyboy thinks he's the king and we're his servants. I think he's probably right! LOL
