Hello, my name is Christine and I'd like to welcome you to my Sparkpage.

I can now say with certainty and complete faith in myself that this is not a "diet". These changes are not temporary. I have slowly and steadily worked on developing healthier habits that will continue to grow in the long run. I have found my comfort zone with "cheat" foods and how to allow myself to have the things I love (in moderation) and then how to modify and recover from those times so they do not become excessive. I have accepted the fact that I will never be perfect 100% of the time, and I will fall off track. Whether this be with my workout routine, my eating habits or other areas of my life. This is not a failure. This is reality. This is life. Knowing ahead of time this will happen, planning for it and learning how to recover and bounce back has been one of the most important things I have learned so far.

I owe a big thanks to SparkPeople and my Spark friends for their continued support and inspiration. I'm a Spark addict, and I have no intentions of giving up this addiction!

October 2009 - I fell off my gym routine and spent my nights and weekends remodeling and painting our house. Busy work, lots of calories burned, but no strength training or tracking.

November 2009 - Started to get back into my gym routine, but wasn't as consistent yet. Took the last two weeks of the month and splurged too much on goodies and treats. Started P90x on Nov 30th.

Dec 14, 2009 - Into third week of P90x
Most of Thanksgiving Gain gone!!

Tricep - 12mm, Suprailiac - 9mm, Thigh - 20mm
(two up, one down... not too bad for a few months off weight training consistently)

Lean Body Mass: 110.2 (Uh oh!)

My measurements continued to go down, and my weight a little... but I lost muscle. Guess that's what happens with lots of cardio and little strength training. Looking forward to seeing these numbers at the end of Feb 2010 (estimated completion of p90x)

Weight - 129 (this would have been lower if the holidays weren't in the middle of all of this. I had a gain in December, and then I lost it and more in early January)

March 3, 2010 - P90x GRADUATE!!!

April 2, 2010: (Yearly Results)
Weight: 121.5 (27.5 pounds lost) I don't even think I weighed this at the end of high school.

Belly Button - 27.25 (6.75 inches lost)
Hips - 32.75 (6.75 inches lost) (This no longer looks the widest from the front, it's not a big ole bump on it's own!!)
Right Arm - 10.5 (1 inch lost)
Right Thigh - 19 ( 1.75 inches lost)
Waist - 25.5
Hips/Butt - 34.75 (This is taken at my "widest" area where my booty sticks out the most.
Saddle Bags - 34 (all the way around both thighs)
