~*Thanks for stopping by my page! Its been over thirty years in the making, but I am finally DONE letting my appetite and addiction to food control my life. The first step was changing old mindsets and beginning to BELIEVE that I really could do this! Its going to take time, commitment, some hard work and lots of prayer, but its going to happen! I will transform my mind and body, and I will achieve a healthy weight! Its going to be an adventure!
------2009 Plan/Goals-------
1. Track food.
2. Walk 450 miles.
3. Do 45" of cardio 5/wk.
4. Resistance Training at least 2/wk.
5. Lose an additional 40 lbs. (80 total)
6. Lower my total cholesterol 5 pts or more.
7. Believe, believe, believe that I can be DONE!

~* Move more every day including walks, weight resistance exercises, and stretching.

I'm a 47 yr-old, happily married, Christian homeschooling mom of two teens. I'm also mom to two dogs and two cats!
