I'm a 35 year old mother of an eight year old.

I am mixing my workouts (mainly doing TurboFire by Chalene & P90X) up to keep from getting bored and I plan to eat within the SP guidelines. *By the way, the SP app on my phone is so great!* I have lost over 30 pounds so far! Please feel free to give me any tips. I'm too embarrassed to post the "Day One" picture, but I did take it. I will post my before & after pics as soon as I get closer to my goals. I will also take my measurements again. Turbo Fire is so awesome. If you can get it...GET IT! I have the best shape I've ever had at this weight and believe me, I haven't been at this weight very many times in my life. I'm just going to keep going! Woot Woot! Also, please feel free to ask me anything you'd like. I'd love to help you out just like my SP Friends have helped me!

Right now, I'm working out doing TurboFire by Chalene Johnson, cardio and weights and watching my caloric intake according to SP guideline.

Work out at least 6 times per week.

Journal food/take intake.

Drink 100 oz of H20!

    That sounds like so much fun! Me and my boyfriend will be going to a concert this weekend. It's our first as a couple and his first all together so I'm pretty excited about that!
    It was taking me awhile to get my motivation back for working out too. I went to zumba tonight and when I was doing my fitness log i noticed that i hadn't worked out in 23 days! I was like OMG... not thats my motivation. so im hoping to get back in the groove of things! What have you been doing workout wise lately?

    Hey T!! that sounds like alot of fun!! :) I am soo glad you had a blast! :) well things are going okay with me. Just trying to workout!!! BLAH!! I went for a nice walk today and played some baseball with the little boy I keep. That was fun! but I know nothing major lol. I met my 5% at WW Thursday!!! I have lost 5% of my weight! YES! :) that makes me super happy! anyways!!! I hope to hear from you alot more! :) talk to you soon!

    Hi Gorgeous! Sorry I have been MIA for a long time, haven't worked out for 2 weeks due to my son's post-surgery recovery. Now he's bounced back, I am going to continue my workout regime. I am going to do the couch to 5k starting from tomorrow in addition to turbofire.

    Your vacation sounded fantastic! I have been to NOLA twice, and was evacuated the first time due to hurricane.. lol.
