1. Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies each day 2. Exercise at least 5 days per week 3. Plan my weekly meals each Sunday

Welll ... since I have tried almost every program known to man .... I have decided to just give being sensible a shot! I don't know if it will work but it's worth a try! I'm going to track my calorie intake and exercise each day!

Hi ...I'm Stephanie. I'm 46 and have been married for 24 years to pretty nifty guy named Mike. We have 2 kids who really aren't kids anymore ...Taylor, 23 and Hilary, 21. I also have a super cool daughter-in-law, also named Stephanie, who is a total blessing! I work in early childhood education and started school in January 2008 to finish my bachelor's degree! I guess you could say that I like to keep busy!

Let's see ... I love God, my family, reading, music, the color pink, glitter, kids, my job and all things wonderfully fun!
