My Goals:
My goal for the next 4 months is to lose another 10 pounds. More would be great, but it's been slow, so realistically 10 pounds by May 31 is good.

My Program:
 Is tracking daily, drinking water, and being aware if what I am eating. I try to make healthy choices.


Personal Information:
I'm from sunny Southern California out in the Inland Empire. I'm a busy mom of 2 boys and a high school teacher and writer.

Other Information:
 I love to crochet, do needlework, write,read and hang out with my boys.
