I was able to go from size 22 to 0-- low carb to pescatarian to vegan and back to low carb/keto! :)
From a size 22 to a size 0 jeans --gotta love Old Navy for that! I've done it all it the diet world-low fat to low carb to very low carb to pescatarian to my current vegan--and I am very happy with it! Also began my journey back to health after being rear ended and going through months of physical and occupational therapy--and thank God for seeing me through! Even though I have carpal tunnel in both wrists I learned to lift heavy weights--I love sprinting, Tae Bo, Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper ...

Even though I have carpal tunnel in both wrists I learned to lift heavy weights--I love sprinting, Tae Bo, Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper too--and I love love love walking to our local farmer's market for the freshest fruits and vegetables. No frankenfoods if I can help it! And want to do a MARATHON in 2015-or at least a half marathon! **But I did my first 1 mile race 7/31/15--woohoo!!! And transitioning to maintenance mode-I don't wait to lose weight now, it's all about the muscle! :D--but now running too! YAY!!!!! Pittsburgh Half Marathon done 5/1/16!-Since I last updated this page, I have down another half marathon, numerous 5ks and recently did the EQT 10 mile race in Pittsburgh....love love love to run and lift heavy!!

My Goals:
Health-to defy family medical history of diabetes and heart disease. Dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. Personal-to show that a 40-something woman can work toward goals like weight loss and abs after having two kids :D
My Program:
Back to low carb aka keto diet--diabetes and heart disease in my immediate family is the reason I am going back :)
