Thanks for adding me as a friend. I see similarities in us. I have an old injury, a rod and screw in my leg, and it is causing me some trouble, especially in my knee. My elliptical really works well, and I get a pretty good workout, 400 calories, during a 30-35 min session. I didn't start out able to do that long , that speed or with any resistance. I worked up to it, although it got easier fairly fast, I have only been active at all like the end of march, really. What do you do exercise now, and what do you like to do?
