    I also added a excercise routine. Mine in Bender fitness. A girl name melissa bender on youtube or she has a Web page. All her routines are free and at home. I don't have a cess to money or a car. She helps as well. :0) stay focused... you got this.

    I did do a reboot to help me get focused. I fasted for a day. Only lunch and dinner, I ate breakfast and thought it through. Then the following days I did the military diet to the t & then refollowed my diet. A sm amount of carbs & more protein/veg.

    Hey Mtores36, honestly I built my water intake up to close to a gallon. Making sure I drink a 16 oz before every meal and after. Especially before my cofee. Then I have really been watching my portions. More veggies more protein less carbs.
