My new tactics for healthy living is to stop dwelling on losing weight. I will focus on getting healthy.
Drinking 6 glasses of water per day.
Tracking at least 5 days a week.
Exercising at least 45 minutes a day 5 to 6 days per week.

Trying new recipes.
July 10, 2020 I have completed 17 Kms. of walking this week.
Tracked most days and kept my calories under 1400 calories.
Today I weighed myself and have lost 3.2 lbs.
Rewarded myself with a nice bouquet of flowers.
I will keep myself eating more plants and eating 25 gms. of fibre everyday.
My goal weight for the end of August 2020 is 9 lbs. down which will be 175 lbs. (5% challenge).
My goal walking challenge this week is 18 kms.
My goal water drinking is 6 glasses per day.

Track and keep within calorie range.
Try to burn 150 or more calories per day.
Exercise 1000 minutes a month.
Reward myself when successful in each of the above.

Personal Information:
I live in Port Coquitlam B.C. I have two daughters. Lost my son in March 2019. Miss him alot. I have 4 wonderful grandchildren. I am a cancer survivor now for 15 years and my life is truly blessed. I want my future life to be joyful and healthy in a slim, attrative body.
