Introduction Text Be good to yourselves! Step out of that comfort zone! A few bumps in the road that sometimes feels like a damn block wall but I'm still going. I believe in SparkPeople! We're all here to help, support and encourage you when you want it! Don't be afraid to ask, you'd be surprised how many big hearts are here! Be strong! Be Fabulous!

I walk to feel good in my own skin. Walked again for charity this year! I want to do more of that. I want to step outside my comfort zone! Kinda scary out here! I have to lose weight. I've gained since the beginning of this year. Turmoil, an office job and a long commute. Agh! I want to feel strong and be healthy! I hope you help me!

Eat clean and healthy! Cut out the hydrogenated oils and junk! Fresh fruits and veges everyday! No more excuses. No more processed junk with so many ingredients that I can't even pronounce them! Apple sounds good! Easy one ingredient! I've heard less than 5 is the goal so that's my goal this year! Got to start lifting again and get some cardio to build endurance! C'mon, motivation, where are you?

Love The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, The Secret, a grand concept, difficult to apply it, but a must read! YOU On A Diet and any YOU book!!
