Jesus is the love of my life.


I am so thankful Jesus is my Savior!
I am a 61 year old single woman. I have 5 grown children and 10 wonderful grandchildren.
I am a colon cancer survivor since April 30th, 2012.
I have had very little access to computer for past two years. Hopefully will soon.

My Goals:
10 min. exercise at least 5 x week. Get 7 hours sleep nightly.

Keep INR in range-blood clot factor. Its not easy.

10/26 - By 1/1/15 - 5% challenge = 12# - 222

My Program:
 Walk 15 min daily - 5 x a week. Increase my strengh.




Personal Information:
I've lived in the Pacific NW most of my life. I am an
independent, fundamental, evangelical Baptist.
I read KJV Bible.



Other Information:
 I love my family, (adore my grandkids) and church family.

I am 1 hour away from ocean and 1 hour away from the mountains!
