Introduction Text have been gone for a while. Getting in shape after baby #2 ;-) May 2012 Weight 157.4 , goal 145 Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak. MY 2010 GOAL IS TO : hit 135 -136 on the scale BRING ON THE 130's !! " Failing to plan is planning to fail " Starting January at 144.6 lbs and 20.1 % bf as of dec 1st, STARTING February at 141.9 . Goal-137.5 -139.1(the lowest) Starting March at 142 lbs APril at 141.5 UPDATE(november 09) : So its been over 6 months since I had my son and I have lost a total of 40 lbs .I am 10 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight but am now working on losing the last few pounds. (3-5 lbs) and my goal is to get back to the gym and start building more muscle.I have been able to walk with our little one and my diet has been in check .I try to eat 80 -90 % clean during the day and enjoy a low fat desert if I feel like it in the evening. I have also noticed that my right arm is nice and toned from carrying the baby which I love.Since the weather is becoming more of a winter weather here in California(more rain ) Now its time to get back to 24 hour fitness and join some circuit training and weight training classes. 3-31-09 Dominic finally arrived ,after almost 42 long weeks of pregnancy ! He is a very calm and happy boy which we are thankful for. Bring on the 140's ! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I am planning on listening to my body and recovering first,and when Im ready -reintroducing myself to exercise again. I know I can do this and I will ! It's still a little to early to be speaking about weight loss goals as breastfeeding and nourishing both mine and my baby's body is the priority right now. However,our 4 year wedding anniversary is approaching June 11th and by than I would love to loose a few lbs.I think getting to 150's is my goal by than ,just to be safe.Thats only 4.5 lbs which is not bad for 3 months. My pre-pregnancy weight is 150 and I would love to reach that by September 09 -My 25th Bday and hopefully by summer 2010 I would like to get down to my weight before I joined spark ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi.My name is Natalie.Im 24 years old.We just found out that we are expecting !!!!!! FAT GIRL's SNACKS: -popcorn (air popped with some Pam ) -hummus -fresh salsa with corn chips -rice cakes -low fat mozzarella cheese sticks FITNESS INVESTMENTS : -buy a book that educates you -subscribe to a magazine -www.exercisetv.com (free workouts) -calorie king -heart rate monitor -good pair of shoes(replace every 3 months ) -mp3 player STRETCHING ROUTINE: Start on one side of the body, hold each stretch/pose for 10 sec, them repeat on the other side of the body. Remember to breathe deeply throughout each stretch/pose.
