Trying to get back

My Goals:
I am almost 5' 4".
I am honestly sick of being so out of shape.
I am aiming to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
I want to focus on nutrient-dense foods with lots of fruits and veggies. I am aiming low carb with more low-fat protein. I am trying to eat mainly whole foods.
My Program:
I am tracking my food intake, which helps a lot.
I walk on my treadmill in the morning for 45 minutes and go for evening walks and bike rides with my family.
I use a variety of DVDs including Jillian Michaels, Tracey Mallet, etc. I also attend yoga and Jazzercise sculpting classes.
Personal Information:
I am a Christian. I have been married for 14 years. I am Mom to three sons: Aaron (22), Nathan (12), and Ben (11). I have homeschooled for thirteen years. I am my husband's helpmeet in things domestic and also in keeping the books for his business.
