I'm 53 and have started trying to get my A1C down. I can't think of this as a diet but a lifestyle change. As long as I look at it as not wanting to feel bad and want to control my diabetes with God's help I have been succeeding. I have been watching my carbs and exercising. I am a happily married mother of 3 girls (women). I want to encourage others and be encouraged.
