Introduction Text Hello everyone, I am a married 44 year old mother of two grown children, and I am new to Sparkle. I joined today because I feel that I have lost control of my weight. I recently quit smoking, (about 3 months now) and since that time, I have put on about 15 pounds. I wasn't a small woman to begin with but, I was satisfied with what I looked like for the most part. Now the eating and non existent exercise has made me feel real bad about the way I look. I need support and encouragement to do this and I know alot of you out there are going through the same struggles so i think we can help each other. Well I am willing to try. We are all in this together so let's try to help each other as much as we can. I know I can do it, and I believe everyone who is a part of Sparkle must fell the same. LET'S DO IT!
