    I am also an LDS mom. I've got two kids, my youngest is 20 months and I'm still trying to lose the baby weight. And I want to get pregnant with #3 soon, but I want to hit my goal weight first. So . . . I'm here on Spark.

    good morning!! just wanted to write you and say a heart felt thanks for helping me through yesterday! your post made me laugh and feel much better. I did it!! yesterday, i ran on the treadmill for the first time, and did much better then i thought. I also did some weights and abs after that. A fitness teacher i am friends with saw me,and mentioned that she would work out with me next week and show me some weight exercises. Your right, i am going to stop weighing myself every week, and go for every two weeks. I have lost inches which makes me feel much better. Anyway enough about me, how are you doing??
