Be gentle and loving with my tender self. 3. Be gentle and loving with others; we're all doing the best we can. 4. Make the most healthful choice I can for me in the moment. About me (from a team questionnaire): NAME: You can call me "Night," or you can call me "Glow," but please don't call me late for dinner! Bwaaaaa ha ha! Sigh. AGE: I don't believe in linear aging. STATE: Confusion. Though sometimes I'm in Cognito. MARRIED/SINGLE/OTHER: I'll take two. KIDS/ANIMALS: Yes, Yes they are. HOBBIES: Rationalization TYPE OF WORK: I'm a lumberjack. It's okay. FAVORITE THINGS: Cream-colored kittens and crisp berry strudels. High C's and wide seas And pesto with noodles Wild women flying, moonlight on their wings These are a few of my favorite things SPORTS: Does "keyboarding" count as exercise? Web-surfing? That should count for something. Am I right?

*8/2/19* Keep on being active! Shoot for gym 3x/week, walking, movement every hour Keep choosing healthful foods. Emphasize whole, less-processed foods. Use packaged and pre-made foods sparingly. Get to the next goal number. :) My tracker does not reflect my end goal. I will focus on small goals and see how I feel after each one. I and my body will determine what is the best health and size for us. *2/20/19* Putting a kitty-paw back in the pond. Trying to encourage myself to jump back in. *7/6/17* I accidentally reset all of my SPARK goals! While I'm sad to lose the past year of tracking, this is a fresh start. And who doesn't need a fresh start?

Vegan for life and for all lives. Working toward more whole, unprocessed foods, intuitive eating, and not confusing "intuition" with "yes I do want the entire package of Oreos."
