I am still figuring it all out, yes calories are low but here the thing, my actively levels are also. I am getting minimum of 20 min cardio per day I am lucking to hit 3500 step in a day. so to loose the fat I need to work on input to out put.. calories can be lower at this time. my body needs a wake up.. hence keto.. happy to say it is working, I can see the fluid coming off which had = inflammation wooop wooop excited to see it go the more active I get I'll increase I eat if I AM hungry.. also okay with long fast daily and eating one meal a day 10 hours ago

I love salads, it is shocking how many carbs are in veg
I have been eating 1 or 2 meals a day, no snacks Today day 4 cravings hit and I was tired, LOL even took a nap. which is why I was wondering about a simple fat bomb.
I too need this for my body, I need the inflammation out I can feel it coming off, LOL of course here at the beginning I am on potty often

I thought it was crazy, switching to eating a so called keto bar isn't really changing your eating. Follow the money, everyone that promotes how healthy keto is, often are selling fake version of what you shouldn't be eating anyway.
