Introduction Text In Memory of my most precious sister-in-Christ: "Glenda Brown: You can become like water Donna...patient, ever seeking, and unstoppable..." --------------------------------------- This last year has been a very rough year for me & my weight has paid the price. It took all my strength & effort just to keep myself together & I could not even have done that except by God's help & grace. New lease on life! Wow, 6 months already post-OP. Have 20 lbs to goal weight. I've been stuck at 184 for awhile now so am looking forward to hitting the 170's. Have yet to achieve that in decades. Maybe something psychological that's preventing me? Keeping up the fight though. 😁

Overall starting weight: 237 Aug. 6, 2018 Overall goal: Size 12 or 14 199 (Wonderland) - Future Wgt. Goals: 189- 179 - Prevent another stroke & heart problems Get more stamina & flexibility Take pressure off knees Live a healthy life Take stress off heart & pacemaker FINISH WHAT I STARTED! Run at a MS MUCK Fest in 2019! Feel feminine again! Find myself again.

Calories - 1200 Exercise - at least 30 minutes a day. I set my goal at 4-6 days a week - at least 3 days of cardio, then and/or weights & outside activities when my knees allow. Line dancing: 3-4 times week. Recumbent Cycling: when not line dancing. Intermittent days at the gym.

My Motto: God First My stand on God's Word is what gets me through all things, good & bad. I have to remember that I've already proven to myself I can lose 45 lbs. without much difficulty. All I have to do is stick to my routine! I'm normally very quiet until I know someone well. People consider me very fair, trustful, honest, fun to be around, & easy to get along with. Normally I am slow to anger but when you push me past my limit, watch out. You will KNOW you pissed me off. (Must be the Italian in me. LOL.) About me: I'm strong yet I'm a little girl at heart, sometimes too nieve but not stupid, I'm fun to be around when you get to know me well, I don't like to be made fun of, I've got a sensitive heart but won't be fooled, I'm good at first impressions, and can easily read someone.
