Hey thanks for the update! How exciting! Yah I would love to chat with her and find out how the heck she is almost at goal weight, I am soo jelouse! I have been working out everyday. Doing hip hop abs and walking alot. I have noticed a few things fitting better. I finally told my family that I am pregnant. My mom cried she was so happy! And everyone else had mixed reactions. When this baby is due my daughter will be a year and almost 2 month old.
Well I am so happy for you two! Sounds like your wife is an awesome chick, and from your pics she is a cutie pie too! Well halla at you later!

Hey! Per your status it looks like congratulations are in order on your baby boy. Thanks for stopping by my page and leaving a comment. I've read many of your posts on one of the P90X discussion groups and I have been to your page before, but I never left a comment. Anywhoo, it looks like you managed to stay on track weight wise while your wife was pregnant, so great job! My husband, the health nut, personal trainer, and the guy with the BS in Nutritional Science and concentration in dietetics (actually ironic considering I used to be over 200 pounds at 5'4") gained about 15 pounds during my pregnancy. I guess my pizza every-single-day-of-my-pregnancy craving rubbed off on him a little. And our son, Jack, LOVES pizza!

Hey is that your dog in the background? What a cute face.
Anyways, I think I am just going to do lots of walking and my other workout videos that aren't as intense as p90x. And I also have a superduper Bowflex machine. But I am just going to focus on keeping my heartrate within the safe range.
I started posting on a message board for pregos like me. I asked them if it is safe to not gain as much weight when pregnant if you are overweight to begin with. They said not to lose any weight at all. But what if I am eating healthy now and being more active, losing fat kindof happens when you do that! Well I will see what my Dr. says cause I go in today. I finally got my p90x in the mail, and I played the "watch this 1st "dvd and man it got me pumped up! It's like torture not being able to do it. It's going to be even harder with a new baby and a 1 year old. well I better get going. Good luck with that birth, that's so exciting! 4291 days ago
