Small Things
I started this chapter in early May, 2016. I started off with huge changes that produced AMAZING results very quickly. Then the wheels fell off in early July. I've rebooted things since then and now I am focusing on very small goals. I have daily to-do lists. One is a minimalist list for days when I'm not doing well, and another is for when things are good enough.
This is my third, and final, time using SP. I say final because I don't intend to stop using it this time! When I reach my goal weight, I intend to stay here to maintain it, set and reach new goals, and encourage others along their fitness journey.
I have a very sedentary life. Right now I'm unemployed and spend a lot of time doing nothing. When I am working, I'm an IT professional and spend my days sitting at a desk.
