What I am so happy about is that this site is FREE. Look at all we get at no cost. What a gift this is. I would love to follow your journey and be there for you for support.
After much soul searching, I agree with you. I need to track my eating. A diet that allows you to add healthy foods while continuing to eat poor quality foods and large amounts of food is an invitation to disaster, IMHO. I wasstarting that diet as of July 3rd, but without the rigorous exercise to go with a healthier diet, my success with be sabatoged for sure. I need portion control and need to journal everything I eat for now.
