Hi there... Week 7 starts tomorrow!... how's it going?
I got through the week. Missed a couple of exercises because of scheduling, etc. I substituted the P90X bicep/back on Wednesday, and did Cathes, Gym Style Biceps on Thursday and Legs/back (P90X) on Friday. Got a great workout in. Still did only the first half of legs/back (P90X) and still feel the soreness today!
Well, I got Cathes Pure Strength dvd and I am previewing her Shoulders, chest,triceps for tomorrows workout.

Hi there, thanks for stopping my blog. Of course we can buddy up. I have one other person that I am doing the challenge with, but she like myself is mixing P90X with other workouts as well.
We can check in with each other on our Spark pages as well as our blogs if you like. I may not stop by every day because I don't have time to always update my blog and check in with other Spark friends too, but I will definitely stop during the week. Is this ok for you?
