I am on my way and figured this would help get thru the tough spots......

'I love Spark People".....and I just started a team called Commit2Fit....I followed the "Life Habit" laid out by Commit2Fit and it has helped tremendously losing the weight and inches.
This program is for anyone who is:
1. Looking to lose weight.
2. Wants to establish healthy habits and start a healthy lifestyle.
3. Looking to get fit, lean, toned.
4. Wanting to build muscle.

We focus on one "life habit" at a time....taking Small steps to make BIG changes.....Each Habit helps your body burn stored body fat and exchange it for lean muscle.....

My Goals:
My Goal is to focus on my Health and lose the extra weight in the process.

To Eat Clean, eliminating foods with additives, dyes, or preservatives and eating as much organic and locally grown food as possible.

To Increase my activity and continue to add exercise.


My Program:
Focus is on Good Nutrition with food and supplements and getting into a routine of exercise.

Eat 5-6 mini meals daily

Take my supplements daily

Drink 96 oz. of water daily

I enjoy gardening, nature, art & pottery, knitting, reading, teaching, ...
I am a Reiki Master

I enjoy learning about natural ways to heal the body.
