Ive suffered from low self esteem and confidence issues which manifested in me becoming overweight. Ive struggled with compulsive and emotional eating for years and although Ive lost weight in the past, I never really dealt with the underlying issues.

I now realise that I need to change my LIFESTYLE and my thought process not just my eating habits. I am working on being POSITIVE and LOVING myself.

Ive recently given up smoking and this has boosted my confidence.

I do LOVE myself and realise its time to give myself the BEST.

This site looks amazing and reading peoples stories made me cry.
Im just getting started so Im going to take one day at a time and will need all the help I can get .

My Goals:
1. To lose 50lbs
2. To be fitter
3. To wear high heels
4. To feel sexy
5. To build self confidence
6. To try new things

My Program:
1.1200 to 1500 cals a day
2. 10,000 steps a day
3. 30 mins x 3 times week
4. cycling
5. 7 hours sleep a night
6. 8 glasses water a day
7. keep a journal

Personal Information:
Im in the UK, a mother of 3, and now have a lovely new grandaughter :-)))
I work full time and am planning a career change in the next 3 years. Id like to retrain and help people who also suffer from bad body image, low self esteem and low self confidence.

Other Information:
Im more creative than accademic, love all types of music and love writing, painting and poetry. The only time I feel truly free is when I am gardening, dancing or walking in wide open spaces. I love people watching and allways look on the bright side. ;-)
