Lose it for good
I am currently following Weight Watchers.

I have yo yo dieted for years. I have lost weight on 3 separate occasions with Weight Watchers. I achieved my lifetime goal, but got overconfident and thought I could do it on my own, but it only led to weight gain plus some. I would follow the plan and get over confident once I reached a goal weight and quit going, quit tracking, quit being held accountable at the meetings. Once I quit, I would eat more than I should which would result in extra weight. This last time I gained a lot. I almost weighed as much as I did when I had my first child.
For the past 14 years, but full time for the last 3 years, I was my mother's caretaker. I also home school my two kids who stay very active in sports. So, basically, I put myself last and took care of everyone else. My mom passed away in September 2015. I decided it was time to make a change and get healthy. I am putting me first now. I went back to Weight Watchers and I have promised myself to follow thru this time and not give up. I like WW because for some reason, the points make sense to me.
My goals are to stick with my plan. This will be a lifestyle change and a lifetime commitment this time.
Goals 2016
1. Lose 40 lbs by tracking my food and using the points I am allotted each week.
2. Run a 5K (Complete Couch to 5K first)
3. Exercise or get some activity 6 days a week.
4. Aim for 10K steps daily and gradually build up.
