April 2020 Living in the US for now, during the pandemic. I'm back on the Carbo-Calorie diet. I have a booklet from the 70s It never caught on, but has worked for me before. I'm glad to be back on SP after a year or so absence!

Living in the Horn of Africa. I'm a 7 year NoSer and find that when I'm compliant I lose weight and when I get distracted (usually by travel) I gain weight. Trying to make NoS a way of life all year round!
(That diet is: No Sweets, No Snacks, No Seconds, except Sometimes on Special Days, which are Saturday, Sunday and holidays, etc).
The day I started sparking in earnest was October 24, 2015.
