Introduction Text i live in central Pa. I'm 62 years old. (some days i feel much older if you get what i mean). i'm a stress eater and i'm trying to get into a healthier life style, which is hard, because DH isn't on the same page with me (he is where most of my stress comes from). i'm am eating healthier when i can and it has made a difference, that i'm able to do more). i have Crohns and have had it since i was 20 years old. i have arthritis in joinsts all through my body (hands, feet, knees, back...you name it i have it there).

i want to loose about 50 pounds, try to get hubby on board with what i need to do and him not just doing what he wants and making me go along with it (this will be a hard one as he is very controlling). getting my head on straight and not being as backwards as i am.
