Well here I am again not 55 and a little over 300# AARGH. After knee surgery I haven't returned to any of my previous workout and found out I have and under active thyroid. Which also makes losing weight harder. Lately I have been trying to get back on track and get more physical. I can't let this win.

Hello, I am Pat 48 year olds with over 100 pounds to shed. I Started my journey on May 13th at 278# ouch it hurts to type that. I want to become lean, toned and fit for myself, husband and great niece. I am loving the feeling of having more energy and not being out of breath after walking. I am so DONE BEING THE FAT GIRL!
I can't believe this is working and it doesn't feel like work to me. I even went to football game and stayed on my plan.
My first goal will be to reach 250#. 2nd will be 225# by Christmas/New Year's.
Re-energized on May 20, 2013. Now 50 still with over 100 pounds to shed. I need to keep my head in the game and get this weight off my body. Getting too old to cart it around.
Here is June 2016 and I am back! 53 and same 100 pounds to lose.

Glad to see you working hard on getting to your goal.
I had seen your comment from 808 days ago on the page of 330POUNDWOMAN who is today Spark's Motivator, although no one has posted on her page for over a year.
