My main motivation for losing weight is to improve my present health. I want to have more mobility and more energy.

My Goals:
I want to change my present eating habits.

I want to eat healthy foods.

I want to become more able to exercise.

I want to change my behavior so that any weight loss is permanent.

My Program:
 I will keep a journal of everything I eat and of any exercise I do daily.

I will rely on measurements as well as the scale to see how I am doing.

I won't lose interest this time because I have people to rely on.

 I love to read and have many topics that I am interested in. I love a good mystery, Historical fiction (as well as fact), Biographies, etc.

I also love to garden, but have been somewhat limited since I had complete knee replacement.

I love to work with kids and especially love teens.

    I love riding a bicycle in the more secluded residential sections but people are just plain crazy on the road these days. You're right....Walking is definitely safer...as long as you can walk fast enough to dodge the people making a turn on red. Someone else referred to it as playing FROGGER. They're right

    You always know exactly what I need. The only thing you left out was the "weed whacker" which I have used quite a bit around the buildings. Did have fun watching the grandsons making an effort to help me haul away branches, bushes, and clumps of sod with the skid loader. They would stop their work for a short time to help when they could. Thank you for the Sparkgoodie.
