My first goal was to lose the equivalent of President's Obama's weight. Most saw the humor but a couple people were hyper sensitive. I lost 70 pounds with that effort in 2011/12 but obviously gained it all back in the years since. I retired (I know I look too young - I retired sooner than normal so I could spend time with my wife before we were too old to do things). Since retiring I lost 15 pounds (in 14 months - not exactly a fast pace) due to lifestyle changes. I am not beginning to modify my lifestyle changes by reducing alcohol consumption and reducing how many times we eat out down to couple a week. I am starting to track food, stay within calories range and making exercise a daily routine. That's my story and I am sticking with it.
