OOPS-when the websites upgraded, my numbers got messed up. I actually started my journey 6 months before joining SP. I'd lost 10 pounds, starting at 175. The ticker shows my weight at start, but other places it shows me as starting at 150 something... Anyway, the truth is freeing!! SP makes the difference!

    Never been a big makeup wearer either -- but when I do, it's lipstick (my lips chap easily) and maybe a little eyeliner pencil, barely there. Possibly some cream blush. No mascara (contact lens wearer) and never any "foundation" although possibly a touch of cover up stick if I've got dark circles . . . My own DH is opposed to the "embalmed" look and it amazed me how much the young millennials considered elaborate "contouring" and "blending" to be absolutely essential in the workplace . . . the natural look was clearly not the effect aimed for!!
