I started with the SparkPeople app in November 2011. I lost 30 pounds. I am trying to take off 10 more before summer.

When I started in November 2011 my BMI was 30. Now in June 2012 I am 35 pounds lighter and my BMI is 22.

Finally after 6 weeks I reached my goal weight. Now to learn to maintain.

Mid July 2012 reached my goal. I had lost 25% of my starting weight.

November 2013 one and a half years of at goal!

for your comment on my blog. That is the first thing my Mom said after she told me. It was time, she was miserable. I know she is with my Grandma and Grandpa and he family. She was a good woman.

for commenting on my blog. I talked to my Mom yesterday about my Aunt and she is going to talk to the woman who has control of my Aunt's affairs. We are going to try and get her into the rehab center my Mom was in. It may be a long shot, as they are popular because of the care received. She is a remarkable woman and deserves to live out the rest of her life with dignity not like some animal.
