Introduction Text This Journey is never ending, and until you find balance, which is tough but achievable, you will face many battles within. I am searching for that balance still, and I won't give up until I find it. Time to refocus and start sparking!!!! -September 9th, 2013.

1.)Drink 64 - 84oz of H2O 2.)Exercise 30 mins 5x a week. 3.)Try a new food every week 4.)Eat less meat & eat more fruits & veggies. 5.)Keep processed foods to a minimum. 6.) Lose 1 pound a week 7.) Blog 3x a week 8.) Sunday planning 9.) Read something motivational 3x a week. 10.) Stay in spark range 6x a week.

Gym 5x a week Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Drink 64 - 84oz water

I am currently a stay at home mom, and part time student. I live in sunny Florida, with the love of my life and our 2 children. I have a 5 year old boy named Jacob, and a 8 month old baby girl, named Aliviah. They mean the world to me and I want to be the best role model I can be for them.
