In It for the Long Haul


I started on this adventure in January 2010 to "fix" a bad knee. I have a lot in common with Humpty Dumpty. It seems like I am always rehabing from some injury. I am making progress though and am a lot fitter than I was a few years ago and have maintained a 25 pound weight loss.

    The more I learn the more I forget - unless it is a name like lemon horse balm. And grasses I am at a loss. I do no bejia(sic) grass because we want to get rid of it. There are 70 range grasses here and tons of ornamentals. Have a great night. emoticon

    We've let last year slip through the 4th; so we were determined to get something up before the 4th. It's fun to decorate but not necessary to having a warm home. DH hate to decorate; so I am glad I have DS when I am swaying up there on a ladder. emoticon

    Well, I did stop taking IB but seem no worse for wear. I do take other herbal supplements - glucosamine chondroitin MSM and I am trying a 2 pill alternative to IB but I think it is messing with my stomach. I get around quite well but I would like to move with less pain. Surgery is not an alternative for me by choice. Thanks for remembering. emoticon
