Better late than never:)

Well after joining SP on 27th jan my life had a purpose. I am happy to check my diet n love doing exercises. Tracking food n exercises is very easy on this app. Got lovely motivating spark friends who also inspire me to stay on track. Walking ,yoga and meditation is my favorite. Reading spiritual books, knitting n cooking is my hobby.
I love to share good positive thoughts and spiritual knowledge of Brahma Kumaris by sister Shivani. Hearing n reading her teachings helps us to live stress free and have positivity in life.

Fitness Minutes: 12,602

My Goals:
My goal is to reduce 39 pounds by August 1st. I was 74kg when I joined on 27th January 2016 and my goal weight is 58kg. ( I.e 163lbs to 127lbs) Now I am 147.7lbs. I have to lose 6 pounds every month and inch wise a lot.
I love SP :)

My Program:
My daily routine is going for morning walk. I make 2 rounds I.e 45 minutes walk then 10 minutes climb the stairs n 15 minutes stair step machine. This I do on rest days too. Other exercises in the evening with my sons at home. I do all my house work on my own. I am vegetarian n love all vegetables n fruits. Love to drink lots of water. Don't like sweets n juices.

Personal Information:
I am from India. I am 51yrs old married and mother of two grownup sons.
We were in living in Saudi Arabia and came back to my country 6yrs ago. I am spiritual n love reading spiritual books, meditation, painting, knitting and cooking.

Other Information:
My moto is to live n let live. Start your day with lords name n mind filled with positive thoughts then your whole day will pass in positivity. Do meditation once a day and acquire positive energy which will change you within :)
