My name is Arnetta. I'm committed to a new lifestyle. I had lost 70 pounds, and like Oprah I have gained 100 lbs back, go Oprah and Arnetta. "I think we both like to eat, and eat to much of the rich finger licking foods." Like Oprah I enjoy to much of a good thing and when it begins to show I feel bad, and have to start the vicious cycle of weight lose again. Well this is the last cycle!!! I will turn this tragedy into triumph!!! This is a lifestyle journey. There will be bumps in the road, and will have to cross the street to get back on path. BUT I WILL NOT QUIT and NEITHER should you!!!! Don't get discouraged, it is easily done. Don't read motivational success stories and say I wish that were me, it is and can be you.
