 I am eating healthy..I don't use the word diet!I am keeping a positive attitude and I am doing my best to be more active!

I live in Independence,Mo.Our children are all grown and out on their own. I have a wonderful husband that is very supportive of my goals!And I am a big KC Chiefs and Mizzou Tigers fan!
