    Have run 6 5k races now! When I have completed 10x 5K races I intend to start running 10K races. Proud of myself.

    Ok I am officially addicted to 5K Runs! Not a real good way to lose weight as I have not had any results, but a cardio workout for sure. Can't wait for my next race!
    DOing a treadmillathon with co-workers this week, so that should curb the 5K race appetite for a while.

    Ok I have enjoyed losing the first twenty pounds that took twelve weeks, but now I am at a plateau and I hate it. What can I do to start losing again? I am keeping the calories right and exercising? I am trained in wellness, and yet have not been losing despite all the great advise I give myself. Stumped and hating it. emoticon

    Ran four miles non stop. Getting ready for my first 5K in July. Twelve weeks ago I couldn't even run 100 feet!

    So did the 5K run.. yeay..felt like I set a goal and accomplished it!

    Weight still not shifting though despite all the training and exercise I do... geez...
