Ok I am officially addicted to 5K Runs! Not a real good way to lose weight as I have not had any results, but a cardio workout for sure. Can't wait for my next race! DOing a treadmillathon with co-workers this week, so that should curb the 5K race appetite for a while. 3038 days ago

Ok I have enjoyed losing the first twenty pounds that took twelve weeks, but now I am at a plateau and I hate it. What can I do to start losing again? I am keeping the calories right and exercising? I am trained in wellness, and yet have not been losing despite all the great advise I give myself. Stumped and hating it. 3164 days ago
