I am now a 72 year old, obese, wife, mother, and grandmother, sister & aunt from Pennsylvania. I have been eating smarter. Had lost a significant amount of weight. Then gained about 80 lbs. back, from the end of 2016 to 2018. Slowly turned it around again in 2019. Now, in 2021, I am committing to get back to healthier eating, moving more, and living healthier! I need motivation to exercise, make myself go out. I am striving to sleep 5 hours most nights, eat cleaner, smarter, and dump the negative mental messages. I need to avoid junk..both in my food choices and life! Avoiding Stress and anxiety is a battle. But, I was made for this Covid Quarantine ! An excuse to Not Have To Go Out! Not Good For Me. But, I CAN ~ I WILL ~ and I WON'T QUIT!

We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
All we can do is take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time.
I am looking forward to supporting you in your quest for better health and a happier future.

Theresa, thanks so much for the lovely fruit salad. It does look refreshing and has all my favorite fruits in it. Wish we could enjoy it together over a lunch talking about grandchildren and greats. I just had great grandbabies born last week. Twins, Little Jessie and little Jennifer. weighed in at 1pound six oz and 1 pound 4 oz. but they are doing fantastic.

Hi, Thanks for looking at my jewelry. You asked about the bracelets length.
I make many of my bracelets 8 in. or more.
I have found the average sized has gone from the 7 in. of years ago to 8 in. now. But I make many, size 9 in. and larger. I would just measure the wrist and make it to fit. The toggle clasp is also easier to put on and get off then one with a clasp.
I was very heavy myself and needed larger bracelets, so I would fit them to my wrist. Smile.!!
I was also asked to make larger ankle brackets, because no one seemed to think that longer ones might be in demand too.
Even my necklaces are usually a little longer.
I realized that now when I want to ware one and it doesn't fit up around my neck, has more of a drape too it. Which is OK,
I always designed for the larger women in mind.
I love to use larger stones, settings. Big and bold that's my style.
I hardly ever do small dainty jewelry, unless requested .
If you are interested just let me know.
Thank you for the lovely comments on how the weight loss has changed my appearance. I feel younger, healthier and all around so much better.
You can do it too. Being here on Spark is the place to make it happen.
I decided that I was top priority, getting me in shape and well, off most of my pills , was the most important thing I could do.
I am going to add you as a friend, we can stay in touch that way.
Hope you are having a nice weekend.
