I always live by the 3 F's: Food, Fun and Family! Maybe the food part has been my downfall. I am currently at a hump in my dieting. At times I get discouraged but I will strive to continue on my road to weight loss recovery. I hope to gain the knowledge and the skill, through encouragment and support from others on this web site, to meet my goal. So I petition your prayers!

My Goals:
Operation ME: My long term goal is to be 180 by the end of the year.
Tamiel's vacation BOOT CAMP: My short term goal is to be at 200 by my trip which is in September so I hope to be at least 40 to 50 pounds down by then. . .let's get it!!!
This Month: consentrate on my water and veggie intake. Eat less carbs and of course exercise, exercise, exercise!!! I refuse to change my ticker until I get down below what it currently is.
My Program:
I have " back slid" so to speak and I've gained 40 pounds since the summer time! I am so angry with myself but I plan on getting back on track and making myself go to the gym like i use to! I am determined to not go into another year fat and unhappy! My plan. . .to drink more water, and intake more fruits and veggies to take up space in my belly!
Personal Information:
I am from St. Louis, Missouri where I currently reside with my family. I enjoy singing and song writing, and I love to socialize with my friends. You can currently reach me at teeslyrix@yahoo.com or mzlyrix@gmail.com
