My Program:
 I've been following the Spark plan as best as I can fit it into my life. I want to make a healthier lifestyle for myself, and make changes that I will continue with. I've been reducing calories and adding exercises.


Personal Information:
I'm from Colorado, and I've lived here my whole life-the same house for all but 3 of those years!
I am unemployed, but I manage to stay busy most of the time. I have 7 nephews and 3 nieces (5 in CO, 5 in WA) and I love spending time with them whenever I can!

    I am so glad that you have joined the Girls of God - I love your enthusiasm and your optimistic outlook ... I would love to have you join us on the main board so that everyone can get to know you ....

    Thinking of a blessing of the day, reminds me of a challenge that we had - which was "30 Days of Thanks" ... there were a lot of women who joined in everyday to give thanks for something to the Lord. I will be starting a Lenten season challenge soon, hope you can join in....

    I am looking forward to getting to know you better as our journey to health continues.
