Raen Drops Weight and Gains Confidence


I'm 36 and ready to stop the merry-go-round of unsuccessful diets. I feel like I've been dieting for 15 years, and overall only gained (about 100 lbs!)

I've made a plan to go about this slow and steady, to stop fixating on a particular event (I'll look great before I'm 30, I'll look great at the wedding next summer, etc), and to focus on other improvements beyond just the scale (no more daily weighing!)
