I had degenerative spondylolisthesis in lumber 4/5. I had fusion surgery Oct.1st and was happy to be walking, running and ice skating after that. However, because we worked so hard outside this summer to get out the huge amount of weed and then redo all the plant areas, it caused problem now in lumber 3/4.

1. Get back into shape so that I can skate and synchro swim better
2. Lose 18 pounds
3. Get my waist to 26 inches and my hips to 36 inches
My Program:
1. I am skating at least 2 days a week for 60 min. and synchro swimming once a week for 60 min
2. I am going to the rec center to swim.
3. Logging in my food and water daily
