Hi Terasee! I am new to Sparks. Just found this site a week ago. I am also from Texas. I am having a hard time getting myself motivated to just exercise. I have RA and have lots of knee pain so it is hard getting my self to "just do it" lol Trying to at least get myself to make it on a walk everyday. Could use a bit of motivating also! Maybe we can push each other in the right direction. Hope you have a good week. I think that the food tracker is going to be a big help in getting this weight off. Holds me accountable for what I put in my mouth. Have a great day!
